I took my favorite bracelet in for a repair after I accidentally broke it. The staff were super welcoming and took their time to understand my concerns, which made me feel valued as a customer. They offered a few options on how to fix it, and I appreciated their transparency about pricing. They mentioned it would take a couple of days, which was fine with me. When I got it back, it was perfect, and they even added a protective coating to help prevent future damage! My only suggestion would be to improve the signage outside; it took me a few minutes to find the place. Nevertheless, I’m thrilled with how my bracelet turned out, and I will certainly recommend this shop to friends!

I recently visited a local jewelry repair shop to get my grandmother’s old ring resized, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this jewelry repair service! I brought in a necklace that had a broken clasp, and I was unsure if it could be fixed without replacing the entire chain. The technician assured me they could repair it and even offered to clean the necklace to make it look brand new. It took a little longer than I expected, but I totally get that quality takes time. When I picked it up, the necklace looked flawless! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate me on how to care for my jewelry in the future. The only thing I would have liked was more seating while I waited, but it was worth it for such great service!
